Sitting atop the summit of Maria’s Bluff at Great Cruz Bay Road, Kismet encompasses 360° views with every window offering a delight to the eye. On clear days, St. Croix is easily visible, and on very clear days, even Puerto Rico can be seen from Kismet’s scenic site. Take a stroll in Kismet’s garden, mellow out in it's hammock, enjoy the pool, hot tub, Home Theater, or Billiard Room. There are many ways to relax and enjoy Kismet including just taking in the breathtaking panorama. Look Westward in the late afternoon to see the beautiful sunset with St. Thomas, across Pillsbury Sound, sparkling in the night. Early risers will be delighted by the gorgeous sunrises in the East. Every convenience is offered, from the entrance shower for cleanup after a day at the beach to the round-the-clock Estate Manager's services. Throughout the day and night, your ability to relax and enjoy Kismet is enhanced by the knowledge that you are in a double gated private enclave with any visitors arrival being announced by a chime of the villa's security system. CourtyardA sun drenched, beautifully landscaped Courtyard exquisitely set with Moroccan tiles partially frames the 37’ heated swimming pool and adjoining hot tub. Partially and tastefully rimmed with a grass yard the pool extends a refreshing invitation to all. There is a depth of 8’ at the deepest end and a shallow end of 3’ with a bench for the enjoyment of young and old alike. A myriad of lounging chairs, rocking chairs, dining table and chairs, Moroccan mosaic tables, and sliding love seat are invitingly waiting for you to enjoy the stunning views. Surrounding the Courtyard is the shaded arcade. With an incredible atmosphere the arcade is a wonderful place to take a break from the sun and relax in one of the three seating areas with “Casablanca” chairs and mosaic tables.Top of Page Back to Explore Kismet TowerAn extraordinary space dedicated to unwinding is Kismet’s breezy Tower. Accessible via a tiled staircase and beautifully set with a Moroccan mosaic floor, this scenic aerie is the perfect room to enjoy sunsets and cocktails while relaxing in its colorful plush cushions and pillows.
