As your private, on-site Estate Managers, we welcome you to your next luxury vacation at Kismet in the Virgin Islands! We are here specifically for you, to help you and your family plan and coordinate your holiday.

We are available to assist you at all times – at your convenience - to make your stay at Kismet a memorable and relaxing experience.

We live outside the estate’s common area in a separate apartment above the garage, so your utmost privacy is guaranteed.

After you book with our New York office, you will be provided with our e-mail, phone number and St. John mailing address. We are here to help, so please write or call us with any questions or requests.

So, once you have booked, please contact us to discuss your interests and begin coordinating your desired vacation wishes.

Estate Manager 5 Star Services

Transportation

You will fly into Cyril E. King Airport (STT) on nearby St. Thomas Island. Once we have your flight number, time of arrival and departure we will arrange for your private transportation from the St. Thomas Airport to Kismet on St. John, and your return back to the airport at no additional charge - a smooth, hassle free transition from the airport to Kismet can be assured.

A private driver in an air conditioned van will meet you at the St. Thomas airport. From there you will be brought to the St. Thomas ferry dock (about a 25 minute ride) and you will then be picked up by your private water taxi, which will transport you to the National Park dock on St. John (about a 25 minute ride).

To secure the water taxi service, it is important to get your arrival information to us four weeks in advance of your stay at Kismet.

We will meet you at the National Park boat dock in Kismet's custom safari truck and escort you to Kismet.

For your convenience in getting around St. John, we suggest you rent a car, or possibly two, depending on the number in your party.

St John Grocery Stores and Provisioning

We find that after a long day of travel, being escorted to the market is best for you. So once you have settled in, we would be happy to give you a lift to the market. We also provide small provisioning assistance before your arrival.

If your flight is landing later than 4 p.m. we can arrange a drop off dinner from one of our caterers, which can be quite helpful.

St John Car Rental Arrangements

Exclusive for Kismet's Guests
Complimentary Rental Vehicle Delivery and Return

Don't waste your precious vacation time picking up and returning your rental car. Rent your St. John vehicle through Kismet and it will be at the villa awaiting your arrival. No need to rush on your last day of vacation to return your rental car. We will return the car for you.

To assure that this service can be provided, we (Kismet's Estate Managers) must have your arrival information four weeks prior to your arrival.

Explore our beautiful island from the comfort of your rented air conditioned, four wheeled vehicle of your choice. Here are the the car rentals available.

Indulgences

Let us make your dinner reservations, and coordinate daily activities and excursions, such as: scuba diving, guided hiking, kayaking, horse back riding, island hopping and other sailing and boat Trips.

Villa spa services: Massages, Manicures, Pedicures and hair treatments - we will be happy to arrange such on site services for you.

Indulgences for Children

Kismet is not only elegant and exciting for adults, but provides an extensive selection of equipment and materials for your children's comfort, entertainment, interest and education. Private Chefs

Private Chef Services for Kismet are readily available to you. You may visit the websites of some of our favorite St John Chefs and Caterers, so you have an idea of what they can offer you. There are also sample menus on our "Dining Out" page of St John restaurants and Private Chefs as well. We will be delighted to arrange private chef services for one or numerous dining "at home" vacation indulgences.

Shipping to St John and Deliveries

If you are staying for a few weeks, traveling in a private plane or planning a special event, you may want to mail belongings, special wines or party favors in advance. We will be happy to pick these up and have them waiting for you at Kismet. Please triple the estimated mailing time of Priority Mail and double Fed Ex delivery time, as deliveries may move slowly to the Islands.
