The fully air-conditioned and screened North Pavilion houses a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room and home theater.

Living Room
The living room encompasses a large and comfortable seating area, a game table with a wide assortment of games and puzzles, fully stocked bar, CD stereo system with CD library and additional speakers in dining room and courtyard. In addition to an area rug in the seating area, the floor is beautifully decorated with a Moroccan tile border. A Dell computer with internet wireless connection and printer is available for your convenience.

Home Theater
With a 50" plasma screen, 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound system, six theatre reclining chairs and a large library of films, Kismet may be the only villa in St. John with a home theatre. Presently there are over 700 DVD's, with many hundreds more Laser Discs and Videotaped films. DVD's are stored in out-of-sight storage-players with a voluminous list of films appearing on the plasma screen for your choosing with a click of the remote. Newer films are also constantly being added to the library.

Kitchen
Featured in Kismet's gourmet kitchen are state of the art appliances including a 6 burner gas cook top, double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, warming oven, ice maker, and refrigerator drawers. Decorated with beautiful Moroccan tiles and custom designed cabinetry, this kitchen is a chef's dream come true.

Dining Room
Gorgeous Moroccan tile floor and Moroccan chandeliers are some of the beautiful touches found in the dining room. Comfortably seats up to 12 for a pizza dinner or a scrumptious 7 course meal.
